PULMONOLOGY

The Pulmonology Unit deals with disorders of lungs and airways is headed by an experienced Pulmonologist. The Department specializes, amongst others, in treating respiratory diseases like pneumonia, allergic coughs, dust allergies Tuberculosis, pleural disorders, breathing disorders related to COVID-19 and sleep apnea. Various related procedures available and routinely performed at the Hospital include Bronchoscopy, pleural taps and biopsies and spirometry.
